Shrek Review

Screen Shot 2015-08-11 at 8.20.15 PM    Shrek is a hilarious animated film, the film that truly placed Dreamworks on the map as an animation studio. Simply the talent alone makes this film worth the watch, Mike Myers impersonating a Scottish ogre, Eddie Murphy as a talkative donkey, and cool Cameron Díaz from the times when she did films like Being John Malkovich. Though apart from the great talent involved, Shrek’s take on the fairytale genre is incredibly original, makes sense, meanwhile also being hilarious. In conclusion Shrek is a fantastic animated film mostly due to the script, two leading actors, and energetic feel you can perceive throughout the film, Shrek gets an 80 out of 100.
